Dr. Jenna Crocilla, PT, DPT received both her B.S. in Health Studies and D. P. T. from Utica College, graduating in 2021. While attending Utica College, she played four years of collegiate soccer and was a volunteer assistant coach for one year. She also received her FMT (Functional Movement Techniques) Blades and Advanced Blades certification through Rock Tape. She is also a local collegiate and high school soccer referee and was born and raised in central New York.
Dr. Crocilla finished her clinical experiences in the outpatient, as well as the hospital setting where she worked with patients of various ages and diagnoses. She is also active in the APTA, being a member of both the Orthopedic and Sports Chapters. Dr. Crocilla presented at APTA’s national Combined Sections Meeting in 2020 with her capstone group on a project titled: The Effectiveness of Prevention Programs on the Incidence of Knee Injuries in Female Athletes: A Systematic Review.
Dr. Crocilla has a passion for treating athletes after receiving her own physical therapy from sustaining an ACL injury and subsequent reconstruction her junior collegiate season. Dr. Crocilla also plans to pursue a certification in strength and conditioning in the future. She also treats patients diagnosed with neurologic, musculoskeletal, and vestibular deficits with the most current evidence and the highest level of care.
